You will report to the Vice President of Planning & Navigation and you will be based in any of our European office locations.

You will:

Assist in resolution of customer issues, ticket handling incl. participation in on-call shifts

Prepare and support roll-out of solutions to customers

Cooperate on service tickets with relevant int./ext. stakeholders (technical specialists, After-Sales, Product Management, etc.)

Contribute to definition of and be responsible for meeting team KPIs

Support product development through structured collection/evaluation of client & team feedback

Who you are

We’re looking for a team leader who will work with an international team servicing clients around the globe. As a person, you’re equipped with first experiences in leading a team. You enjoy questioning and improving existing work practices and to "get your hands dirty" when working on service tickets with the team. Ideally you have experience in maritime (support) jobs and understand the challenges of crews on board.

What do you know?

We believe you have previous experience in an international environment within a matrix organization - ideally inside the maritime industry. You have nautical, IT, engineering, or business degree (or similar education). Your are fluent in English and maybe even further languages.

The role is designed as a hybrid role with 60% office presence at least. Start date for this role is 1st Janaury 2023.
